Privacy Policy | Terms and Conditions

Effective date:  September 14, 2026

By requesting, authorizing, or purchasing travel services through Roux to Roam Travel ("Roux to Roam," "we," "us," or "our"), the traveler ("Traveler," "you," or "your") acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. ROLE OF ROUX TO ROAM

Roux to Roam provides travel planning and booking services and acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, and travel insurance providers.
Roux to Roam does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, policies, operations, or performance.
Roux to Roam is an independent travel agent affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group.

2. TRAVELER INFORMATION
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, contact information, citizenship information, and any other information required to complete a reservation.
Names provided for airline tickets, cruise reservations, and other travel arrangements should match the traveler's government-issued identification and/or passport exactly.
Roux to Roam is not responsible for costs, penalties, denied boarding, or other consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the traveler. Travelers should carefully review all confirmations and travel documents upon receipt and promptly report any errors or discrepancies.

3. PASSPORTS, VISAS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and carrying all documents required for travel, which may include passports, visas, government-issued identification, parental consent documentation, health documentation, or other entry or transit documents.
Entry and documentation requirements vary by destination, citizenship, itinerary, and supplier and may change without notice. Travelers are responsible for verifying current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before departure.
Failure to possess the required documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation, or additional expenses. Roux to Roam is not responsible for losses resulting from insufficient or improper travel documentation.

4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Travel pricing and availability are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed and any required payment has been successfully processed.
Quotes are based on the information and availability existing at the time the quote is prepared. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quote does not guarantee pricing or availability.
Travel suppliers may change fares, promotions, taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, resort fees, gratuities, port charges, or other costs. Roux to Roam cannot guarantee that a previously quoted price will remain available.

5. PAYMENTS
By providing payment information and authorizing a booking, the traveler authorizes Roux to Roam and/or the applicable travel supplier to process the authorized amount.
Deposit requirements and final payment deadlines are determined by the applicable supplier. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made by the required deadlines. Failure to make payment when required may result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of deposits or other amounts previously paid.
Unless otherwise disclosed, payments for travel services may be processed directly by the applicable travel supplier rather than by Roux to Roam.

6. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All reservations are subject to the change and cancellation policies of the applicable travel supplier.
Cancellation penalties may increase as the departure date approaches and, depending upon the reservation, some or all amounts paid may become non-refundable. Certain fares, promotional rates, airline tickets, hotel rates, cruise fares, packages, excursions, and other travel products may be completely non-refundable.
Any change requested by the traveler may result in supplier-imposed fees, fare differences, penalties, or loss of promotional pricing. Roux to Roam cannot waive or override the terms, penalties, or cancellation policies imposed by a travel supplier.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Depending upon the policy purchased, travel insurance may provide coverage for certain circumstances involving trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delays, lost or delayed baggage, emergency medical treatment, medical evacuation, or other covered events.
Insurance coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and claim decisions are determined solely by the insurance provider and the specific policy purchased. Travelers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any travel insurance policy before purchasing it.
Declining travel insurance may expose the traveler to significant financial loss if unexpected circumstances affect the trip. Roux to Roam does not guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved or paid.

8. AIR TRAVEL
Airline schedules, aircraft, seat assignments, routes, and flight numbers are subject to change by the airline.
Travelers are responsible for verifying flight schedules before departure, arriving at the airport within the airline's recommended check-in period, and complying with airline baggage and security requirements.
Airlines may charge separately for checked baggage, carry-on baggage, seat selection, meals, or other services. Roux to Roam is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, baggage issues, or other airline-related disruptions.

9. CRUISES
Cruise lines may change itineraries, ports of call, arrival or departure times, ships, onboard offerings, or other aspects of a cruise before or during travel. Such changes are governed by the cruise line's passenger contract.
Travelers are responsible for complying with all cruise line documentation, check-in, boarding, conduct, and health requirements. Failure to arrive at the designated embarkation location by the required time may result in denied boarding without refund.

10. HOTELS, RESORTS & VACATION PACKAGES
Hotel and resort amenities, restaurants, entertainment, pools, beaches, construction conditions, room configurations, and other features may change without notice.
Photographs, descriptions, ratings, and amenities provided by suppliers are intended for informational purposes and may not always reflect current conditions.
Unless specifically included in the travel package, travelers may be responsible for resort fees, local taxes, security deposits, parking, gratuities, incidental charges, or other charges collected by the property.

11. DESTINATION CONDITIONS & TRAVEL RISKS
Travel involves inherent risks. Travelers are responsible for evaluating destination conditions and determining whether they are comfortable traveling to a particular destination.
Conditions that may affect travel include, but are not limited to, severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, civil unrest, crime, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, public health events, transportation interruptions, and infrastructure disruptions.
Travelers are encouraged to review current travel advisories and destination information issued by appropriate government authorities.

12. SUPPLIER CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
Roux to Roam is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, damages, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather or natural disasters; hurricanes; acts of God; epidemics or pandemics; government restrictions or actions; war or civil unrest; terrorism; strikes or labor disputes; airline or transportation disruptions; mechanical failures; supplier bankruptcy or cessation of operations; or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Supplier remedies, refunds, credits, and rebooking options in such circumstances are determined by the applicable supplier and its terms and conditions.

13. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is determined by the terms of the applicable travel supplier.
When a supplier approves a refund, processing times are controlled by the supplier, payment processor, bank, or credit card company. Roux to Roam cannot guarantee when an approved supplier refund will appear in the traveler's account.

14. CREDIT CARD DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Travelers agree to contact Roux to Roam promptly regarding any billing concern so that we may assist in identifying and addressing the issue.
A traveler's disagreement with a supplier's valid cancellation policy or other agreed-upon booking terms does not automatically entitle the traveler to reverse otherwise valid charges.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights a traveler may have under applicable credit card or consumer protection laws.

15. SPECIAL REQUESTS & ACCESSIBILITY
Travelers should notify Roux to Roam of special requests, accessibility needs, dietary requirements, or other relevant travel needs as early as possible.
Roux to Roam will communicate applicable requests to suppliers when appropriate but cannot guarantee that a supplier will be able to accommodate any particular request. Travelers with accessibility or medical-related travel requirements should confirm directly with the applicable supplier that appropriate accommodations are available.

16. TRAVELING WITH MINORS
Travelers are responsible for determining and obtaining all documentation required for minors.
Depending upon the destination and circumstances, additional documentation may be required when a minor travels without both parents or legal guardians. Requirements should be verified before departure with the appropriate government authorities and travel suppliers.

17. TRAVELER CONDUCT
Travelers are responsible for complying with the rules and policies of airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, and other suppliers.
A supplier may refuse service, remove a traveler, or deny boarding when permitted under its policies or applicable law. Roux to Roam is not responsible for losses resulting from a traveler's failure to comply with supplier policies or applicable laws.

18. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Roux to Roam exercises reasonable care in arranging travel services but does not control independent travel suppliers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roux to Roam shall not be responsible for injury, loss, property damage, delay, inconvenience, additional expense, or other damages caused by the acts or omissions of independent suppliers or events outside Roux to Roam's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. SUPPLIER TERMS & CONDITIONS
In addition to these Terms & Conditions, travelers are bound by the terms and conditions of each applicable travel supplier.
Supplier terms may include passenger contracts, conditions of carriage, cancellation policies, fare rules, hotel policies, and other contractual provisions. When supplier terms conflict with these Terms regarding the supplier's travel service, the applicable supplier's terms will generally govern that service.

20. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Travelers consent to receiving booking confirmations, invoices, travel documents, itinerary information, payment reminders, and other communications electronically.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reviewing communications relating to their reservations.

21. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
If you provide a mobile telephone number and opt in to receive SMS or text messages from Roux to Roam, you consent to receive messages relating to your travel inquiries and reservations. Messages may include booking confirmations, payment reminders, itinerary updates, travel alerts, consultation reminders, customer-service communications, and, where you have provided the appropriate consent, promotional or marketing messages.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and service plan. Delivery of text messages is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Roux to Roam. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Where available, you may reply HELP for assistance or contact Roux to Roam using the contact information below. Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from contacting you through other methods when necessary for your travel arrangements.
Roux to Roam will not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number, SMS opt-in consent, or SMS messaging data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers or travel suppliers only when reasonably necessary to provide services you requested, facilitate your travel arrangements, operate our communications systems, comply with applicable law, or protect legal rights. SMS opt-in consent and related mobile information will not be sold or transferred to third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
Where required by applicable law, consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing travel services from Roux to Roam.

22. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By authorizing Roux to Roam to make a reservation, submitting payment, or otherwise purchasing travel services through Roux to Roam, the traveler acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable terms and conditions of the travel suppliers associated with their reservation.
When one traveler makes arrangements on behalf of additional travelers, that traveler represents that they are authorized to provide the necessary information and make booking decisions on behalf of those travelers to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable law. Any specific venue, jurisdiction, dispute-resolution, arbitration, or similar provisions should be established in consultation with qualified legal counsel.
